Opener Mark Pickerel was very good. I love it when it when I get exposed to new music I like in an opening act. He had a neat, dark Sun Records vibe. He is the former drummer for The Screaming Trees. And also a nice guy based on the short conversation we had after the show.

Robyn Hitchcock was in excellent form…during his banter he brought up the recent excellent story that has come out about elephants going crazy.
